Lily Bleicher works as a Software Developer and Junior Quantitative Researcher at Ash Capital Management, where she contributes to the firm’s quantitative research infrastructure and development of production-grade software systems.
Prior to joining Ash, Lily worked as an Embedded Systems Software Engineer at BAE Systems, where she developed low-level, high-reliability systems for advanced defense technologies.
Lily holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Seattle University and currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
