Pablo Mitchell is a quantitative portfolio manager with 20+ years of experience building systematic multi-asset strategies across equities, fixed income, and alternatives. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and managed AUM totaling  $12B as a portfolio manager at TIAA-CREF.

Currently Head of Quantitative Development at Ash Capital Management, he specializes in creating automated hedging solutions and risk management systems for institutional clients. His expertise spans asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and quantitative research using advanced statistical methods and machine learning.

Brian Kost, CFA is the Chief Financial Officer of Ash Capital Management, where he oversees all aspects of financial strategy, capital deployment, and risk management. He brings 16 years of experience spanning CFO, reinsurance, treasury, capital management, and corporate development roles. With 11 years focused specifically on property & casualty and life & annuity (re)insurance, Brian has held leadership positions at Fortitude Re, American Family, and Foresight. His expertise lies in optimizing capital structures, executing strategic transactions, and aligning financial operations with long-term investment objectives.

Chief Financial Officer

Corgan works as a Quantitative Developer at Ash Capital Management, primarily focusing on developing the firm's proprietary, production-level hedging application.

Previously, Corgan worked as a Software Engineer on the Recommendation and Personalization team at Paramount Plus, specializing in building and optimizing recommendation systems reaching an audience that grew from 55 million to 77 million subscribers during his tenure.

Corgan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cornell University and currently resides in New York City.
